Terms & Rules
We operate on a 24-hour check-in and check-out system. Guests are welcome to check in or check out at any time. Please notify the front desk of your estimated arrival and departure times for smooth coordination.
Children below 6 years can stay complimentary sharing parent's existing bedding. Children aged 6-12 years will be charged at child rates. Anyone above 12 years is treated as an adult occupancy and requires an extra bed arrangement (₹600/night + taxes).
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to check-in date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations processed within 24 hours of arrival or no-show bookings are non-refundable and will attract a charge equal to the first night's room rate.
According to government regulations, all guests aged 18 and above must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) upon check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proofs.
